So, what happened to Boyz II Men?
Well, like so many 1990’s artists, they’re still around and making new music!
And, did you know they almost joined NKOTBSB this past summer? Yes, it’s true! They were initially approached and the deal almost happened. Can you imagine how awesome it would have been to see New Kids, Backstreet AND Boyz II Men?!?! Darnit! But, I’m told they’ll have a big tour coming up in the near future, so keep checking back for updates.
In the meantime, Boyz II Men has an official website and are actively out and about this month touring.

Next, I’ve gotten several calls and e-mails lately wondering about the future of Savage Garden, which consisted of Darren Hayes and Daniel Jones.
Unfortunately, the Australian band broke up in 2001, and there doesn’t seem to be any plans for a reunion at this time. However, I have spoken with Darren’s people and I’m happy to say he’ll be joining us on a show in the coming weeks to talk about his new album, which will hit the U.S. in a matter of months. I’m sure Darren will also be able to tell us more about Daniel’s whereabouts. Last I heard, Daniel was writing, producing and working on his own recording studio.
Last, a question from Sarah in Rapid City about Boy Krazy.
Unfortunately, the five person girl group was only around from 1991-1993, and very little is known about them. I do occasionally speak with one of the ladies from the group and she told me lead singer Ruth Ann Roberts is doing well and raising a family. She had previously done some acting and was fairly well known from the WWE, where she was a ring host (named Rue DeBona). I’m trying to talk them into coming on the show but again, they don’t necessarily want the limelight anymore.
